About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Lead Management & Conversion: Engage with qualified leads via calls, WhatsApp, and site visits; nurture and convert them into successful closures.
2. Site Visits & Presentations: Coordinate and conduct property site visits; present project USPs confidently and handle objections effectively.
3. Market Research: Monitor local market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to update internal teams and sharpen pitch strategies.
