About the Internship
We are hiring a full-time admission counsellor/BDA intern to support our Henry Harvin corporate training vertical. This role involves consultative sales, guiding prospective learners, and managing end-to-end B2C & B2B enrolment leads.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead management: Convert inbound/outbound leads by pitching relevant courses and handling queries.
2. Program promotion: Promote courses and combos, including offering discounts and seasonal offers.
3. Follow-ups: Maintain consistent engagement with pre- and post-sales leads.
4. Customer interaction: Provide course info, answer queries, and support learners through the enrollment journey.
5. Record updates: Track conversions and maintain updates across communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, CRM).
6. Payment monitoring: Verify and follow up on course payments and enrollments.
