About the Internship
Job Description-We are seeking a Business Development Intern to join our team and assist with lead generation, customer engagement, and supporting business development initiatives. This role will provide exposure to key business processes, from sales to customer support, and allow you to contribute to the growth of our IT and marketing services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Acquisition of New Clients.
2. Client servicing, getting requirements from clients.
3. Relationship management with the clients and new business development.
4. Identifying, follow ups & generating new leads.
5. Business planning & forecasting for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
6. Understanding & coordinating client's needs.
7. Market and competition mapping.
8. Strong connections in the Market.
9. Consultancy background MUST create new relationships with corporate clients via e-mails, phone & social media.
10. Make calls to corporate clients and other potential clients based in other cities also to make them our prospective clients & continuously engage with them with persistent follow-up.
11. Help manage customer relationships and support post-sale activities.
12. Provide assistance in tracking sales metrics and performance.
Preferred candidate profile -
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. Any graduate with keen interest in sales & business development.
2. A keen interest in business development, sales.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
