About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make follow-up calls to parents using the provided lead database,
2. Explain Urja Talent's course offerings and handle parent queries,
3. Convert leads into successful enrollments (sales),
4. Coordinate with parents and teachers for class scheduling,
5. Maintain updated records of all calls, follow-ups, and enrollments on Google Sheets,
6. Complete and submit the daily assigned tasks by EOD (End of Day),
7. Achieve the monthly sales targets given by the team,
8. Stay self-motivated and focused on personal performance,
9. Attend daily team briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions at the office,
10. Be committed to working from the Powai office for the full 3-month internship duration.
