About the Internship

As a business development manager at Careerfy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional English proficiency (spoken and written), strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

A. College & institute partnerships:
1. Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, universities, and training institutes for Careerfy's Interview Readiness Drive.
2. Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as TPOs, deans, principals, faculty heads, and training coordinators.
4. Secure participation in campus events, placement weeks, skill development programs, and academic workshops.

B. Product activations & demonstrations:
1. Plan and execute on-campus and virtual activations for Careerfy's AI Interview Simulator.
2. Conduct live product demos showcasing features like Interview Readiness Score, AI feedback, and mock interview flow.
3. Coordinate workshops, awareness sessions, and student onboarding activities.

C. Business growth & revenue enablement:
1. Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership targets.
2. Promote subscription plans and drive institutional purchases.
3. Identify upsell opportunities for other Careerfy products (Career DNA, Resume Builder, etc.).

D. Collaboration & reporting:
1. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor communication for different institutions.
2. Provide weekly reports on outreach pipeline, onboarded colleges, and activation performance.
3. Collect feedback from institutions and students to improve product adoption and engagement.
