About the Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand client needs and suggest the most appropriate property options.
2. Arrange and conduct property site visits to help clients evaluate each offering clearly.
3. Keep well-organized and accurate documentation of client inquiries, interactions, and follow-ups.
4. Maintain regular communication with potential clients to retain interest and convert leads into successful sales.
5. Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth deal execution and timely closures.
6. Develop thorough knowledge of company projects, pricing, and features to communicate effectively with clients.
7. Address client questions promptly and provide excellent support to strengthen long-term relationships.
