Business Developer – Personal Brand (Mental Health & Content Creation)

🧠 About the Role
I’m Deepa Lamba, a mental health specialist and emerging content creator committed to building a powerful digital presence rooted in emotional wellness, authenticity, and impact.
I’m looking for a Business Developer to help shape and grow my personal brand across social media, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.

This is not just a job — it's an opportunity to co-create a meaningful brand from the ground up, with the potential to shape mental health narratives globally.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Identify & explore growth opportunities for the personal brand across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Build collaborations with relevant creators, influencers, and mental health brands

Develop and manage a pipeline of brand deals, sponsorships, affiliate programs, and workshops

Help design and execute growth strategy for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content

Lead outreach to podcasts, panels, guest speaking platforms, and media features

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing team to create high-impact campaigns

Research and propose monetization models (courses, downloads, community, retreats, etc.)

Assist in building email lists, WhatsApp channels, and backend sales funnels for offerings

🛠️ What You Bring
Experience in business development, digital growth, or creator/influencer partnerships (mental health/wellness domain is a big plus)

Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to grow audiences organically

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confidence to pitch and negotiate deals

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and think creatively

Alignment with values of authenticity, empathy, and emotional wellness


💼 Compensation:
Part-time to full-time (Flexible based on mutual comfort)

Monthly retainer + incentives based on growth or revenue achieved
