The Role:
We're searching for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive. This is a hands-on, in-office role that's perfect for a go-getter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You'll be the engine of our growth, responsible for identifying new opportunities and bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients and industries that align with our services.
Data Scraping: Use tools and techniques to scrape contact information and data to build targeted prospect lists.
Outbound Calling & Pitching: Conduct cold calls and emails to key decision-makers, effectively pitching our agency's services and value proposition.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
Closing Deals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and new business.
Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Who You Are:
A proven closer with a track record of success in sales, preferably within the agency or professional services space.
Highly skilled in lead generation, with experience using data scraping and research tools.
An excellent communicator, comfortable with cold calling and building rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to hit and exceed targets.
Organized and proficient in managing a sales pipeline.
