About the Internship
We are seeking a results-oriented and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for Oodles.Agency, contributing to the company's growth and market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships.**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead Generation & Prospecting:
* Identify and research potential clients and market segments.
* Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, online research, and cold outreach.
* Qualify leads and assess their needs and potential fit for Oodles.Agency's services.
* Client Acquisition:
* Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Oodles.Agency's value proposition.
* Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
* Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Act as a primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
* Market Analysis & Strategy:
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement business development strategies.
* Reporting & Analysis:
* Track and report on business development activities and results using CRM systems.
* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
* Collaboration & Teamwork:
* Work closely with the marketing, creative, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
