About the Internship

- Client Research & Lead Generation
Proactively research and identify potential clients across diverse industries. Gather and maintain a database of key decision-makers, contact information, and relevant insights using LinkedIn, databases, and research tools.

- Outreach & Communication
Initiate personalized outreach through LinkedIn, cold emails, and follow-up calls to introduce Graps Marketing's services. Clearly communicate value propositions, address client pain points, and secure meetings or discovery calls.

- Pitching & Client Engagement
Collaborate on creating customized pitch decks tailored to client needs. Attend and support client calls to understand business requirements, demonstrate service capabilities, and propose marketing solutions.

- Relationship Management & Onboarding
Nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients by providing timely follow-ups and support. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

- Lead Tracking & CRM Management
Maintain structured and up-to-date records of leads, communication history, meetings, and follow-up activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets for efficient pipeline management.

- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Continuously track market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies. Share actionable insights to help shape outreach strategies and improve campaign offerings.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, creative, and campaign execution teams to ensure alignment on goals, share client feedback, and contribute ideas to enhance campaigns and communication.

- Performance Reporting & Feedback
Provide detailed weekly reports on outreach performance, lead status, and conversion metrics. Actively participate in review meetings and feedback discussions to improve performance.

- Process Improvement (Optional Enhancement)
Identify gaps in current outreach processes and suggest improvements or tools that can streamline lead generation, outreach, and conversion.
