About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Lead Management & Prospecting:
1. Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through databases, online research, social media, and inbound inquiries.
2. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and contact information.
3. Prioritize leads based on their potential and follow-up schedules.
B. Client Communication & Engagement:
1. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to connect with potential customers.
2. Present company products or services, highlighting value propositions tailored to client needs.
3. Follow up with interested prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
C. Sales Presentations & Pitches:
1. Schedule and deliver online demos or presentations for qualified leads.
2. Collaborate with the marketing or technical team to create custom proposals or quotations.
3. Clearly communicate pricing, offers, and service details to potential clients.
D. Sales Coordination & Closure:
1. Coordinate with the business development or field sales team for product demonstrations or deal closures.
2. Negotiate terms and handle objections professionally to finalize deals.
3. Prepare sales orders, quotations, and agreements as required.
E. CRM & Reporting:
1. Update CRM daily with all communications, progress, and next steps.
2. Track lead conversions, sales targets, and pipeline status.
3. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
F. Collaboration & Follow-Up:
1. Work closely with marketing teams to align on campaigns, lead sources, and messaging.
2. Coordinate with operations or delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding post-sale.
3. Maintain continuous follow-up with clients for renewals, referrals, and feedback.
G. Market & Product Knowledge:
1. Stay updated with company products, services, pricing, and promotions.
2. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
3. Share customer insights and feedback with management to improve offerings and strategies.
H. Target Achievement:
1. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
2. Maintain high productivity through consistent outreach and disciplined follow-ups.
3. Participate in regular reviews, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
