Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with prospective homebuyers and existing clients, serving as a trusted and knowledgeable point of contact.
2. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand current real estate dynamics, property values, and emerging investment opportunities in Bangalore.
3. Apply sharp analytical skills to evaluate properties and best judge their suitability for a client's portfolio and investment goals.
4. Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations to guide clients through their property consideration process.
