About the Internship
1. Call and talk to potential clients to explain ongoing property projects and note their requirements.2. Follow up with interested buyers regularly through phone calls, messages, or emails.
3. Understand each customer’s budget, location preference, and needs, and suggest suitable property options.
4. Keep records of daily calls, client discussions, and updates in Excel or CRM tools.
5. Fix appointments for site visits or meetings with sales managers based on client interest.
6. Help clients with site visits by sharing project details, maps, and directions.
7. Learn about different projects through brochures, presentations, and training sessions.
8. Support the sales team in arranging customer meetings, events, or weekend campaigns.
9. Answer customer queries by giving correct and timely information.
10. Share client feedback with the team to improve communication and services.
11. This is a site role, and the candidate will have to work from the Sarjapura project site.
