About the Internship

As a Business Development & Sales Intern at Aviz Healthcare, you will play a key on-ground role in expanding our healthcare network by onboarding service providers in a structured and professional manner. This field-based role focuses on building long-term partnerships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and activating healthcare professionals on the Aviz Healthcare platform.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Field Sales & Structured Onboarding
1. Visiting healthcare service providers and onboarding them systematically onto the Aviz Healthcare platform, including hospitals and clinics, diagnostic laboratories, pharmacy stores, ambulance service providers, physiotherapy doctors and clinics, and home healthcare professionals.
2. Explaining Aviz Healthcare’s platform, features, benefits, and revenue model clearly to partners.
3. Guiding partners step by step through documentation, app registration, and profile verification.
4. Ensuring accurate data collection and compliance during onboarding for smooth partner activation.

B. Business Development & Relationship Management
1. Identifying and approaching potential healthcare partners in assigned territories.
2. Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with healthcare providers.
3. Understanding partner needs and sharing feedback with the internal team.
4. Supporting expansion initiatives by increasing the number of active and engaged partners on the platform.

C. Sales & Marketing Support
1. Promoting Aviz Healthcare’s services and value proposition to healthcare professionals.
2. Assisting in local marketing, branding, and awareness activities.
3. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve onboarding and growth targets.

D. Reporting & Performance Tracking
1. Maintaining daily field activity reports and onboarding records using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
2. Tracking leads, conversions, onboarding status, and partner activation.
3. Sharing regular insights and suggestions to improve onboarding and sales processes.
