About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Communication & Networking Skills – Ability to confidently interact with wedding planners, event companies, and vendors.
2. Marketing Knowledge – Basic understanding of digital & offline marketing, social media promotions, and branding.
3. Research & Data Handling – Capability to research event planners, venues, and leads; organize data systematically.
4. Sales Orientation – Interest in client outreach, lead generation, and building long-term professional relationships.
5. Presentation & Pitching – Ability to present company offerings clearly (in-person, on WhatsApp, and email).
6. Negotiation & Persuasion – Skills to convince and build trust while dealing with prospective partners/clients.
7. Adaptability & Problem Solving – Quick to adjust to dynamic event environments and solve on-ground challenges.
8. Time Management & Discipline – Managing outreach targets and reporting progress consistently.
9. Social Media Awareness – Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and event listing portals.
10. Basic Tech Skills – Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
