About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist the business team in attending client meetings and understanding HR requirements.
2. Support product pitching and HR SaaS demonstrations (online & in-person).
3. Attend HR conferences, networking events, and industry meetups to help generate leads.
4. Follow up with prospective clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
5. Maintain lead details, follow-up status, and meeting notes in CRM or tracking sheets.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to schedule demos and client discussions.
7. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and demo materials.
8. Gather client feedback and share market insights with the team.
