About the Internship
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support lead generation and founder outreach across multiple channels - business development, social media, and SEO-driven discovery. Your primary goal will be simple and measurable: to identify qualified leads and help arrange meetings with the founder. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone interested in startups, sales, growth, or consulting who wants real exposure rather than observational work.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Business development & outreach
1. Research and identify potential clients (founders, CEOs, people leaders) globally
2. Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn and startup databases
3. Support cold outreach via LinkedIn and email (drafting, testing, follow-ups)
4. Qualify leads and help convert interest into founder meetings
B. Social media & visibility
1. Support founder-led content distribution on LinkedIn
2. Help repurpose content into outreach-friendly formats
3. Track engagement and identify prospects interacting with content
C. SEO & lead discovery
1. Assist in basic SEO research to identify keywords and search intent related to hiring and people strategy
2. Support content discovery and backlink outreach where relevant
3. Help identify inbound lead opportunities through content performance
