About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Prospect Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects interested in our online certificate programs
2. Lead Conversion: Convert prospects into enrolled students through effective communication and understanding of their learning needs
3. Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads through various stages of the sales funnel
4. Community Building: Actively engage with our student community through calls, messages, and virtual interactions
5. Student Support: Maintain regular contact with enrolled students to ensure engagement and course completion
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from community members to improve our programs and services
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and student communications
8. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on call metrics, conversion rates, and community engagement statistics
9. Documentation: Support the team with various administrative tasks and documentation requirements
