About the Internship
We operate at the intersection of business consulting, education, and social compliance, supporting startups, MSMEs, micro and small enterprises, and institutions in implementing structured improvement programs. A key focus area is POSH implementation, compliance education, and capacity building, delivered in collaboration with the Women & Child Rights Trust (WCRT) as a social-impact and education partner.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist in business consulting projects for startups & MSMEs
2. Support POSH implementation (policy rollout, training coordination, documentation)
3. Work on workplace ethics, compliance & gender-sensitization initiatives
4. Conduct research, data analysis & reporting for consulting assignments
5. Coordinate with internal teams, trainers & partner organizations (including WCRT)
6. Prepare presentations, process notes & improvement frameworks
Now: This role is consulting-oriented, not legal practice.
