About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct thorough web research, utilize LinkedIn, and leverage sales tools (e.g., CRM platforms, lead databases) to identify and qualify potential leads in industries aligned with our services.
2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects who may benefit from our executive search or software development solutions.
3. Perform client outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn messaging to initiate conversations and nurture relationships.
4. Convert cold leads into warm leads through personalized pitches, presentations, and follow-ups, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and track lead progression.
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform lead generation efforts.
7. Assist in preparing proposals, demos, or presentations for potential clients.
8. Prepare reports on lead generation metrics, outreach success rates, and pipeline health.
