**About the Job**
*Transparent Capital* is India’s leading platform for Unlisted and Pre-IPO shares, driven by the principles of radical truth, efficiency, and transparency. Headquartered in Mumbai, the company is expanding rapidly and is looking for analytical and detail-oriented **Business Analyst Interns** to support data-driven decision-making across business functions. This role is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to analysis, reporting, and strategy within a fast-paced financial services environment.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Data Analysis:** Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to support management decisions.
2. **Reporting & Dashboards:** Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
3. **Business Insights:** Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve processes and business outcomes.
4. **Process Documentation:** Document workflows, SOPs, and business requirements.
5. **Stakeholder Support:** Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to gather and validate data.
6. **Market & Competitor Research:** Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
7. **Decision Support:** Support senior management with presentations and analytical summaries.

### **Qualifications & Skills:**

1. **Education:** Graduate or pursuing graduation in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
2. **Experience:** Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in analytics, reporting, or similar roles (preferred but not mandatory).
3. **Technical Skills:** Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Python is an added advantage.
4. **Analytical Skills:** Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
5. **Mindset:** Curious, proactive, data-driven, and aligned with Transparent Capital’s culture of transparency.
