About the Internship
Founded in 2019, Traya is one of India’s largest digital health-tech platforms for haircare and hair loss. Our mission is to use technology to scale healthcare solutions to 520M+ Indians that are suffering from hair loss with a holistic 360-degree solution, which includes clinically proven, doctor-backed medicines, access to Traya doctors, personal hair coach, customized diet plans, and more!Founded by Saloni Anand, a techie-turned-marketeer, and Altaf Saiyed, a Stanford Business School alumnus, Traya sits at the forefront of the multi-billion-dollar hair care solutions category.
Brand vision & philosophy:
Traya was created with a global vision to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatize it, while empathizing with the customers that it has an emotional and psychological impact. Most importantly, to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy, and nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.
Role overview:
We’re looking for a brand intern who is ready to get their hands dirty across everything brand-related, from understanding consumers, supporting product initiatives, managing communications, to creating content. If you’re a quick learner, a doer, and have a knack for creative problem-solving, you’ll fit right in.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Consumer:
1. Assist in conducting customer research, surveys, and interviews to understand needs and preferences.
2. Monitor customer feedback across platforms and suggest actionable insights.
3. Track competitor activity and market trends.
B. Product:
1. Support the brand team in new product launches, packaging ideas, and testing.
2. Help maintain product-related content, descriptions, and FAQs.
3. Coordinate with internal teams for product-related updates.
C. Communication:
1. Assist in executing brand campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints.
2. Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
3. Draft communication for emails, push notifications, and social media.
D. Content:
1. Create engaging content ideas for social media, blog posts, and other channels.
2. Work with the creative team for shoots, reels, and other brand storytelling formats.
3. Assist in influencer coordination and content scheduling.
