About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Brand Strategy & Research Support
Assist in researching brand positioning, competitor landscapes, and emerging trends
Support customer profiling and audience insights through desk research and data collation
Help document and maintain brand guidelines and positioning frameworks
B. Content Curation & Creative Assistance
Support planning and upkeep of content calendars across brands
Assist in creating visual moodboards for campaigns, shoots, and seasonal stories
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video teams on briefs and references
C. Social Media & Digital Execution
Assist in day-to-day social media execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support caption writing, post scheduling, and content rollouts
Track engagement, monitor comments/messages, and support influencer outreach
D. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Assist in tracking basic KPIs such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
Help compile weekly/monthly performance reports
Support analysis to identify what content and formats are working best
E. PR & External Communication Support
Assist in maintaining media lists and tracking press coverage
Support preparation of basic press kits, brand notes, and campaign decks
Coordinate timelines and follow-ups with internal teams or PR partners
