About the Internship
As a BPO HR Recruiter intern at Hiring Hub Consultancy, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of Human Resources. Your role will be vital in helping us recruit top talent for our clients in the BPO industry.1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various BPO positions.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Update and maintain candidate database and recruitment metrics.
5. Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
6. Participate in campus recruitment events and other recruitment initiatives.
7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to support the team in achieving recruitment goals.
