About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Debug, optimize, and enhance current applications.
2. Ensure smooth operation of internal dashboards and seller-facing features.
3. Build New APIs with Node.js & Python
4. Design and implement RESTful APIs for external sellers to integrate Shiplee.ai services.
5. Develop internal APIs for operational dashboards, reporting, and automation.
6. Ensure APIs follow best practices: authentication, validation, rate-limiting, logging, and versioning.
7. Work with MySQL or other databases for new API endpoints.
8. Design new tables and optimize queries for high performance.
9. Integrate APIs with the existing PHP backend where required.
10. Write unit tests and perform API testing to ensure reliability.
11. Debug and fix issues in both legacy and new systems.
12. Maintain clear API documentation for internal and external use.
13. Collaborate with frontend, operations, and product teams for requirements and feature rollout.
14. Suggest improvements in workflow, API design, and backend architecture.
