About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conducting comprehensive testing of websites, mobile apps, and games across multiple platforms (desktop, Android, iOS, browsers) to ensure consistent performance and functionality.
2. Designing and maintaining detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases to cover all aspects of the product lifecycle.
3. Executing manual and automated tests for functional validation, regression, load, stress, and security testing.
4. Logging bugs and defects with clear steps to reproduce, severity levels, and screenshots/videos for better tracking and faster resolution.
5. Coordinating with developers, designers, and project managers to validate fixes, clarify requirements, and suggest improvements in features.
6. Performing usability testing to assess overall user experience, navigation flow, responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.
7. Verifying integration points with APIs, databases, and third-party services to ensure smooth functionality across systems.
8. Monitoring application/game performance using tools and reporting issues like crashes, lags, or memory leaks.
9. Documenting QA processes, preparing weekly reports, and maintaining a knowledge base of known issues and solutions.
10. Participating in daily stand-ups, review meetings, and brainstorming sessions to contribute actively toward enhancing product quality.
