About the Internship

We’re hiring a multidisciplinary AI Automation & Innovation Specialist to lead cutting-edge projects that span workflow automation, intelligent agents, and generative AI applications. You’ll be responsible for building both backend automations (across tools like Make, N8N, Zapier) and next-gen AI-powered experiences using LLMs, vector databases, AI voice/video tools, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. If you love experimenting with the latest AI models, connecting APIs, deploying smart workflows, building agents, and automating both tasks and creativity — this role is for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. AI Automation & Workflows
• Build end-to-end automations using tools like Make.com, N8N, Zapier, Pipedream, or custom Python workflows
• Integrate apps (CRMs, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, FB, Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Hubspot, etc.) using APIs and webhooks
• Deploy autonomous agents for lead routing, support, task execution, research, and more (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, SuperAgent, LangGraph)
• Set up advanced workflows across call centers, sales pipelines, social media, and inquiry handling

B. AI Agents & RAG Pipelines
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar
• Connect LLMs to internal knowledge bases using Chroma, Weaviate, Pinecone, Qdrant, or FAISS
• Implement document Q&A, AI-powered chatbots, or search systems using custom-trained LLMs
• Build context-aware agents using vector search, tools, memory, and multi-step reasoning

C. Generative AI & Content Automation
• Generate branded content with AI video, voice, and image tools:
• Video: HeyGen, Runway, Pika, Synthesia
• Voice: ElevenLabs, Descript, PlayHT
• Image: Midjourney, Leonardo AI, DALL·E, Ideogram, SDXL
• Automate short-form content pipelines for YouTube Shorts, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Build AI tools that support sales/marketing teams (e.g., proposal generators, summarizers, video explainers)

D. AI Infrastructure & Experimentation
• Deploy local or hosted LLMs (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral, Mixtral, Claude, OpenAI)
• Fine-tune open-source models using LoRA or tools like Axolotl, AutoTrain, or SageMaker JumpStart
• Experiment with multimodal models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude 3, Gemini, Perplexity) for interactive apps
• Work with browser automation, headless agents, and AI tools-as-APIs

Requirements:

• 1-2 years hands-on building with AI tools, LLMs, or chatbots
• Strong grasp of APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth, and general integration practices
• Proficiency with tools like LangChain, Chroma, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Exposure to AI content tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, Descript, etc.)
• Comfortable with CLI tools, prompt engineering, and rapid experimentation
• Familiarity with call center flows, CRMs, and digital marketing ecosystems
• A growth mindset and curiosity to keep up with the latest AI drops on GitHub, Reddit, Hugging Face, and Discord
