About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Fine-tune LLMs and domain-specific models using curated datasets
2. Train custom models to improve accuracy, contextual understanding, and response quality
3. Optimize model performance (latency, hallucination reduction, safety tuning, etc.)
4. Evaluate outputs, run benchmarks, and iterate for continuous improvement
5. Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to align model behavior to use cases
6. Build and maintain datasets required for model training & evaluation
