About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1) Develop detailed architectural drawings & documentation using ArchiCAD & AutoCAD.
2) Review and interpret drawings for both design & estimation purposes.
3) Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, overheads) and perform take-offs.
4) Ensure compliance with the USA & Australian building codes and standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for accurate deliverables.
5) Support cost optimization and value-engineering during the design phase.
Collaborate directly with international clients and participate in virtual project reviews.
