About the Internship
As an Annual Report Writing Intern at Womenite, you will play a crucial role in documenting and communicating our yearly impact, achievements, and stories. You will collaborate with program teams, leadership, and communications to craft a compelling, data-driven, and visually engaging annual report that highlights Womenite’s mission, milestones, and community impact.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research, gather, and organize data, stories, and testimonials from various Womenite programs and campaigns for inclusion in the annual report.
2. Draft, edit, and proofread content sections such as the mission statement, program highlights, financial summaries, and donor acknowledgments.
3. Conduct interviews with team members, beneficiaries, and partners to capture authentic voices and impact narratives.
4. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written content, maintaining a professional and engaging tone.
5. Assist in creating infographics, charts, and visual summaries to present data effectively.
6. Manage timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to meet publication deadlines.
7. Support the communications team in adapting annual report content for social media, newsletters, and donor outreach
