About the Internship
Key responsibilities:1. Agent Setup & Configuration
Assist in setting up AI voice agents on platform
Script editing & personalization based on client business types
Test calls, CRM integrations, calendar sync, voicemail fallback
2. Sales Support
Prepare sales materials, demos, and proposals
Join SDR calls or outreach workflows
Maintain lead sheets and track demo status/follow-ups
3. Marketing Ops
Help run cold email and LinkedIn DM campaigns
Update website and landing pages (via WordPress)
Track traffic, leads, and ad response (basic Google Analytics/Meta Ads)
4. Customer Success Tasks
Support onboarding calls with clients
Collect and summarize client feedback
Prepare SOPs for repeatable use cases
