About the Internship
Matrix360 is a high-growth AI startup in Kolkata focused on enterprise consulting. We don't do "fluff" marketing. We use data, AI, and strategic outreach to win clients. We are looking for a growth-focused intern who is deeply interested in artificial intelligence. You will combine content writing with sales intelligence (Sales Navigator) to help us dominate the market.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. High-impact content (Ghostwriting): You will write professional LinkedIn posts and articles for the Founder. You must be able to turn complex AI concepts into viral, easy-to-read posts that impress CEOs.
2. Sales intelligence & outreach: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify potential clients (HR Heads, CTOs). You will build targeted lists, research companies, and draft strategic InMails that get replies.
3. Visual storytelling: Use Canva (or AI tools like Gamma) to create clean, corporate-style carousels and slide decks that "stop the scroll."
4. AI research: You need to be deeply curious about AI. You will research the latest tools and news to ensure our content is cutting-edge and insightful.
5. Inbound growth: You will engage with industry leaders in the comments section and track who is engaging with our content to generate leads.
