About the Internship
We’re looking for a highly motivated intern to assist in building and scaling Lumin Crest’s YouTube channel focused on startup finance, fundraising, and business strategy. This is not a basic video editing role — you’ll be part of the content engine that powers thought leadership, educates founders, and builds our digital presence.What You’ll Learn:
1. How to run an efficient YouTube channel using structured systems and AI
2. How to create value-led content in the business/finance niche
3. Real-world exposure to digital content marketing strategy for a B2B services firm
4. AI-first thinking: using tools to scale smarter, not harder
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the founder in executing a structured YouTube content workflow using Notion and Google Sheets
2. Researching trending topics and hooks in the finance/startup domain using AI tools
3. Assisting in script structuring and editing (scripts will be founder-led)
4. Managing coordination for video recording, editing, and publishing
5. Generating thumbnail and title ideas optimized for search and CTR (training provided)
6. Creating repurposed formats (shorts, LinkedIn posts, carousels) from main video content
7. Tracking performance and suggesting improvements using YouTube Studio analytics
8. Leveraging tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, Notion, Canva, and others in the content pipeline
This is a strategy-meets-operations role perfect for someone who wants to learn how a knowledge-led YouTube channel is built from scratch with maximum intent.
