About the Internship
About the job:We are looking for a driven advertising & performance marketing associate who can help us build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn while contributing fresh creative ideas to grow our brands.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:
1. Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
2. Work on funnel building: lead magnets, tripwires, upsells, and high-ticket offers.
3. Assist in creating ad creatives: copywriting, headlines, visuals, and mockups.
4. Collaborate on landing page design (hero sections, CTAs, and layouts).
5. Set up and monitor campaign tracking (Pixels, GA4, UTM links, and dashboards).
6. Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPL) and suggest improvements.
7. Research new audiences, hooks, and platforms to test.
8. Support content-led demand generation campaigns (e-books, quizzes, and reels).
