About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support customers with their program inquiries through WhatsApp
2. Correspond with members, either by phone or in writing, following appropriate investigation in line with their goals
3. Follow up with customers as necessary
4. Address billing inquiries
5. Assist clients one-on-one during meetings
6. Deal with internal teams that may have queries
7. Generate manual credit notes and invoices when needed
8. Issue payment receipts for members and group payments
9. Ensure system records are accurate and up to date
10. Update members' contact details
11. Handle members' complaints and conduct investigations
