About the Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Organise and streamline personal and medical records.
2. Scan and digitise physical documents, handwritten notes, photos, and files.
3. Maintain a structured filing system both online and offline.
4. Maintain a comprehensive task list and help prioritise activities.
5. Schedule appointments, set reminders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
6. Conduct research and compile relevant information as needed.
7. Coordinate with service providers, vendors, or external stakeholders on behalf of the reporting head.
8. Assist in creating informative videos and related content.
9. Handle any additional personal or professional tasks that the reporting head is unable to manage directly.
10. Digitise content and invoices for improved organisation.
11. Conduct data entry for purchases, challans, and other relevant records.
12. Respond promptly to inquiries, emails, and messages, and handle phone calls as needed.
13. Update client information.
14. Undertake additional administrative tasks and provide support for store operations.
