About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist with daily administrative and office operations.
2. Maintain and update files, records, and databases.
3. Handle emails, calls, and internal communications.
4. Support scheduling of meetings and appointments.
5. Prepare and format documents and reports.
6. Perform accurate data entry and documentation tasks.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for admin support.
8. Manage office supplies and inventory tracking.
9. Assist in onboarding and basic HR documentation.
10. Support travel and expense coordination.
11. Ensure proper filing of confidential documents.
12. Provide front-desk and visitor support when required.
13. Track tasks and follow up on pending actions.
14. Assist in vendor coordination and purchase requests.
15. Support compliance and internal process requirements.
