About the Internship
As a 'People & Operations Intern' at Vraj:bhoomi, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our creative house running smoothly. From supporting HR and operations to coordinating with design, marketing, and vendor partners, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, learning on the go, and bringing structure to creative chaos.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Coordinate daily office and operational tasks across departments.
2. Assist HR with hiring coordination, onboarding, and documentation.
3. Manage vendor relationships - collect quotations, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
4. Support inventory tracking, packaging, and basic logistics.
5. Help marketing and design teams with coordination and admin support.
6. Maintain records and reports to ensure smooth functioning across all teams
