About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Client Coordination
1. Assist in onboarding clients and collecting necessary documents and details.
2. Act as a bridge between clients and TPOs for smoother information flow.
B. Data Management
1. Organize and verify client data before passing it to the Tax Preparation Officers.
2. Maintain accurate records of communication and document submissions.
C. Backend Support
1. Assist different departments (compliance, customer care, marketing, etc.) with backend tasks and coordination.
D. Tax Compilation Assistance
1. Help compile income and expense data, Form 16, and other necessary tax documents for filing.
2. Prepare basic draft formats and checklists under guidance from TPOs or senior staff.
E. Operational Support
1. Contribute to improving operational workflows and client service experience.
2. Assist in organizing files, updating CRM systems, and managing internal records.
F. Learning & Development
1. Gain hands-on experience in taxation, client management, and real-time tax scenarios.
2. Participate in training sessions provided by the company to upskill in tax laws and software.
