What is VITEEE?

VITEEE stands for Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination. It is an entrance test held every year to select students for B.Tech programs offered at VIT's campuses. For SC/ST candidates and those from Jammu & Kashmir/Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura, the minimum marks might be 50% .

VITEEE Eligibility

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board or equivalent with minimum 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology (50% for SC/ST & NorthIndian State).
  • 'NIOS' candidates are eligible to appear for the VITEEE-2023.

VITEEE Exam Pattern

The VITEEE 2023 exam is a computer-based test. The total time duration of the test is 2 hours and 30 minutes. The test questions will be based on the specified syllabus with options to attempt papers in either Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English(PCB).

The test will be conducted in 3 sessions every day from 4th April 2018 to 15th April 2018.

Session 1: 9:00 am to 11:30 am / Session 2: 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm / Session 3: 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm

VITEEE Exam Criteria

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their rank in VITEEE.

VITEEE Admit Card

Candidates can download the VITEEE 2023 E-Hall Ticket after Slot Booking in March 2018 tentatively. Only candidates who have applied for VITEEE 2018 can download the Admit Card.
