New Update: IBS is giving the best platform to MBA aspirants in the form of the National Mock Test (NMT) 2025. This is free and will be given at a time when there are cash prizes as well. The winner will get Rs 1,00,000 and the second and the third one will get prizes worth Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 respectively. In addition, 97 participants will be rewarded with Rs 5,000 each.

The mock test is in the same pattern as IBSAT, i.e., 140 questions in 2 hours. Therefore, candidates get ample time to fine-tune their preparation for the test. IBSAT 2025

IBSAT 2025 is a national-level management aptitude test for admission into the 2-year full-time MBA/PGPM programs offered at 9 IBS campuses across India.

IBSAT 2025 is an online test conducted by The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (The IFHE), Hyderabad — a Deemed University. With remote proctoring, it can be taken from the comfort of your home. The test assesses a candidate’s skills in Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation, Data Adequacy, Vocabulary, Analytical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension.

Candidates with valid scores inCAT,NMAT by GMAC™,XAT, orGMAT™(from 2023 onwards) areexempted from takingIBSAT 2025.However taking IBSAT 2025 will make them eligible for the Rs 2 lakh scholarship. In both circumstances the candidates have to fill in the IBSAT 2025 application form to proceed further.

IBSAT 2025scores, as well as valid scores from the above national-level tests, are accepted for admission to the following programs:

IBSAT is an online aptitude test conducted byThe ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education(a deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC act 1956), for students seeking admission to the MBA / PhD programs of IBS Bengaluru and IBS Hyderabad.

IBSAT is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and consists of multiple-choice questions. IBSAT is of 2 hours duration and is aimed at testing the applicant’s ability in quantitative techniques, data interpretation, data adequacy, vocabulary, analytical reasoning and reading comprehension.

CAT/ GMAT/ NMAT are also accepted in place of IBSAT 2025.

Candidates with GMAT, NMAT by GMACTMCAT and XAT scores are exempted from IBSAT 2025.

The ICFAI University, Dehradun, The ICFAI University, Jaipur and The Icfaian Foundationaccept IBSAT 2025 / GMAT/ NMAT by GMACTM/CAT/XAT scores (from 2020 onwards) for admission to the following programs:

• IBSAT will be a proctored home-based test.
• The IBS Selection Process is scheduled for February 2026 at IBS Hyderabad.
• The IBSAT National Mock Test's last date is 15thNovember 2025.

Eligibility

2 year Management Program (MBA/PGPM):

• Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks with medium of instruction as
  English.
• All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or
  10+2+4 basis).
• Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to
  submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2025.
• Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided
  they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva /
  assignments) before May 31, 2025. The admission will remain provisional until they
  produce marks sheets and degree certificates establishing their eligibility. The last date
  for submission of proof of graduation is November 01, 2025.
• Eligibility criteria checked from August 2025 onwards. Hence, the onus of ensuring that
  they satisfy the eligibility criteria rests solely with the candidates.
