Goa SSC Board 2025: Dates, Syllabus, Sample Papers, Admit Card, Result, PDFs

Today, on April 7, 2025 at 5 PM, the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) will declare the Class 10 (SSC) results. Students who took the exams can check the result on the official website – gbshse. in and results. gbshsegoa. net. Of the 18,838 regular students who sat for the SSC exam this year, the numbers of boys and girls included 9,280 boys and 9,558 girls. The examination was conducted in Goa from 1 March to 21 March 2025 at 32 examination centres. Earlier, the board published the date sheet in PDF format on August 19, 2024.

The board had reverted to conducting a single annual public exam for Class 10 students this year. During March 2025, at 9:30 AM each day, the Practical examination was held in all centers for Science (General and CWSN) and in Geography/History (CWSN). The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) is the official board that conducts the Class 10 (SSC) and Class 12 (HSSC) examinations in Goa. About 20,000 students sit for the SSC exams per year. Registration, exam fees, and exam center details were also released by the board. The examination fee is Rs. 1200 for general stream students and Rs. 600 for CWSN (Children With Special Needs) students. The syllabus is the same as before COVID-19. The official declaration of Goa SSC Result 2025 will be done in May 2025.

Goa SSC Time Table 2025

Students can use a rough schedule (tentative timetable) for the board exams, which have been released by the Goa Board, to prepare for the exams. The timetable is published on the board’s official website. Essentially, students are recommended to abide by it in his/her studies.

Goa SSC Sample Paper 2024-25

The Goa Board has issued sample papers to acclimatize the students to the exam pattern, type of questions, and difficulty level. Solving these papers gives a sense of time management and strengthens preparation. After that, go to the official website, click on "Students", then "Question Paper" to download them. You’ll see links to various topics. Then select a subject to download the PDF.

Goa SSC Exam Pattern 2024-25

For Class 10 students, there will be a single final exam starting from 2025.' Objective types, along with MCQs, would be included in the exam. Depending on the subject, the exam will have a duration of 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Students must achieve at least 30% to pass. Goa SSC Admit Card 2025

The admit card will be released in February 2025. It will only be downloaded from the official website by the school authority. Students need to collect their admit cards from their respective schools and verify all the details thoroughly. Admit card must be carried to the exam center as it is the entry pass as well as the proof of registration.

Goa SSC Result 2025

The official website will publish the Goa Board Class 10 results on April 7, 2025. Students can view their results by their seat number. The result will include subject-wise marks, grades, and pass status. However, the school will later issue the original mark sheet. This enables students to reapply for the examination results within seven days of the examination result.

The supplementary exams for the students who are not able to qualify for one or more subjects will be organized by GBSHSE after the declaration of the main results. The compartment result in August 2025 and the supplementary examination timetable will be published in June 2025. Students must enter their school index number to view their results online.

Goa SSC Passing Marks 2025

Students must obtain a minimum of 33%  in each subject to pass the Goa SSC examination. To receive the SSC passing certificate, one must meet the passing marks in all subjects. Now, with the exam date being announced, students must begin their preparations and strictly follow the syllabus and exam pattern.
