The WBJEE exam is all set to be held today. The exam is held divided into 2 parts where part 1 - Mathematics will be held from 11 to 1 p.m. and paper 2 - Physics & Chemistry will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Candidates who qualify the entrance exam will be eligible for admission into the BTech courses offered by the participating institutes of the state.

WBJEE 2025 Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates can check some of the important WBJEE exam day guidelines 2025 can be checked below to ensure they do not face any issues at the exam centre.
- All students are advised to report to their allotted centres at least an hour before the entrance exam.
- Candidates will have to present their WBJEE 2025 admit card, one valid identity proof and a passport-size photograph similar to the one submitted in the application form, at the exam centre for verification.
- No electronic devices such as calculators, mobile phones, laptops or smartwatches will be allowed inside the exam centre. Textual materials are also prohibited.
- Candidates will not be allowed to enter the venue after the exam starts.
- Similarly, the candidates will be allowed to leave the exam centre only after the examination ends.
WBJEE 2025 admit card is available online at wbjeeb.nic.in/WBJEE until April 27, 2025 (2 PM). Candidates will have to download and print out the admit card. Important information such as the exam date, timings, guidelines and more is present in the WBJEE 2025 hall ticket. Without the admit card, the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the exam.
WBJEE Exam Pattern 2025 - Important Instructions to fill the OMR Sheet
WBJEE 2025 questions require responses on a specially designed Optical Machine Readable (OMR) sheet. Below are the instructions to fill the WBJEE OMR Sheet.
- The OMR sheet is assessed using Optical Mark Recognition.
- Candidates must use a blue/black ballpoint pen to completely darken the circle corresponding to their chosen response.
- Each question provides four options for candidates to choose from.
- Any deviation from the specified marking method, such as incomplete filling, the use of pencil, cross marks, tick marks, dot marks, circular marks, overwriting, scratching, erasing, white ink, or marking outside the bubble, may result in incorrect, partial, or ambiguous reading of the response.
- Once marked, responses cannot be edited, changed, erased, or modified.
- Candidates are advised to be certain about their answers before marking and should avoid putting any unintended marks that they do not wish to attempt.
