Faculty, SBIL, Kolkata
Candidates receive benefits like a Deputation Allowance (DA) equal to the bank's Assistant General Manager level and travel expenses for official duties (such as taking a taxi or flying in economy class) in addition to the Cost to Company (CTC). On a revenue-sharing basis a limited number of faculty members may engage in outside teaching or consulting for up to 90 days annually. 40 percent of any excess revenue from such activities that exceeds INR 5 lakh per year will be given to the institute (after applicable taxes).
