The State Bank of India (SBI) conducts the SBI SO exam to hire specialist Officers for Various departments annually. SBI SO Salary: Benefits and Allowance

The benefits and allowances provided for various position are detailed below :

Assistant Manager (Network Security Specialist) & Assistant Manager (Routing & Switching)

Current regulations grant candidates access to medical facilities DA, HRA, CCA, PF Pension Fund, LFC and more.

MMGS Grade Scale III

According to the relevant regulations candidates are granted DA HRA CCA PF Contributory Pension Fund LFC medical facilities and other benefits.

Faculty, SBIL, Kolkata 

Candidates receive benefits like a Deputation Allowance (DA) equal to the bank's Assistant General Manager level and travel expenses for official duties (such as taking a taxi or flying in economy class) in addition to the Cost to Company (CTC). On a revenue-sharing basis a limited number of faculty members may engage in outside teaching or consulting for up to 90 days annually. 40 percent of any excess revenue from such activities that exceeds INR 5 lakh per year will be given to the institute (after applicable taxes).

Chief Manager (Special Situation Team) & Deputy Manager ( Stressed Assets Marketing) 

Following the current regulations these officials are also qualified for medical facilities DA HRA CCA PF Contributory Pension Fund LFC and other benefits.

Deputy Manager (Stressed Assets Marketing)

Candidates receive no other benefits or perks in addition to the CTC. Fixed pay and variable pay make up the CTC usually in an 80:20 ratio.

Executive (FI & MM) and Senior Executive (Social Banking & CSR)

A 30% variable pay component is included in the 70% fixed pay component. Travel allowances and other benefits are subject to bank regulations and annual increases are limited to a maximum of 10% and dependent on meeting the bank's requirements.

Deputy Manager (IS Audit) 

DA HRA CCA PF Contributory Pension LFC medical facilities and other benefits are all available to these officials in accordance with the relevant regulations.
