LPUNEST, or Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test, is an online entrance exam conducted by LPU for admission into several under and postgraduate courses. It is also a scholarship test, and financial assistance can be availed based on the performance. The exams test candidates in subjects pertinent to the course they applied for.

- For B. Tech: Must have passed or appeared in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics & English
- For B.Tech (Biotechnology): 10+2 Passed or appearing- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English
- You must obtain 60% marks (may vary according to the program), aggregate in the qualifying examination
