How are Applicants Selected?
- To get the scholarship, you'll first take an online test that checks your knowledge and skills.
- If you do well, you’ll have an interview with people from IIT and L&T.
- Just a heads up, being medically fit is also necessary to receive the scholarship.
Once you finish the course, L&T will offer jobs to the candidates who are chosen. Before the course starts, selected students need to sign an agreement for ₹5,00,000. This means they agree to complete the program and then work for the company for five years.
