Step 1: Online Registration
- Go to scholarship.up.gov.in
- Click on "Student" under the menu
- Choose scholarship type and register
- Save the generated application number
Step 2: Login
- Return to the homepage and click on "Login"
- Select "Fresh" or "Renewal"
- Input registration number, DOB, password, and captcha
Step 3: Fill Application Form
