IIT Roorkee has declared the GATE 2025 Result on the 19th of March on its official website - goaps.iitr.ac.in. The candidates who appeared for the GATE exam 2025 scheduled on February 1, 2, 15 & 16 can check results by logging into their official website account.
They need to enter their enrollment ID and password to see the result. The conducting authority of the exam has also released the GATE 2025 toppers list and the GATE final answer key along with the GATE 2025 result.

Difference Between GATE Qualifying Cutoff and Admission Cutoff

IIT Delhi M.Tech Admission Criteria Through GATE
The IIT Delhi MTech program is divided into four semesters. The course is available under various specialisations. IIT Delhi MTech admission can be done on the basis of the score in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). Shortlisted applicants on the basis of exam scores are required to undergo COAP counselling for ultimate seat allocation in IIT.
MTech course admissions begin at IITs with the process of GATE registration. The application form is usually released in August, according to the trend of previous years.
IIT Delhi admission to the MTech program is done on the basis of GATE scores. On the other hand, BTech graduates from IITs having an overall CGPA of 8.00 out of 10 are exempted from GATE and can get direct admissions. All the shortlisted students go through COAP Counselling upon which seats are allotted according to seat availability.
IIT Delhi also has an MTech course in part-time and sponsored full-time modes. The students who are interested in applying for admission in any of these two modes need to sit for a written test, followed by a PI round, both held by the institute.
The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Candidate must possess a BE/BTech/MSc or equivalent degree from a recognised institute with minimum 60% aggregate or 6.00 CGPA out of 10
- OR AMIE/ Graduate IETE degree holder from a recognised institute.
