Students who withdraw before the start date of the semester are exempted from refunding the tuition charge except for an insignificant processing fee (typically 10-15% of tuition). Admission and registration fees are typically non-refundable.
Post-Commencement Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal within the initial 15 days of the semester, part of the refund (approximately 50%) of the tuition fees can be made. No refunds are typically made after this date. Refund on a formal application and clearance of all dues, if any, hostel or mess charges. The University follows the guidelines of the regulating bodies (NCTE, UGC) in refunding fees.
