They just have big campus to attract more amd more students and there is no real pro. They take any student without any exam.$Too many students and placement opportunities are very less. They advertise only 2-3 student who git good package but the reality

Placement: Very bad. Only few students get good package. Others struggle.

Admission: Don’t get admitted here. Instead give one more year and go for other good colleges. Very bad college

Chandigarh university is the one of the best college in India usually the infrastructure is high level

Placement: Placement is around 95% mostly IT companies come and gives a average package of 8nlakh

Faculty: Teachers are well above expectations they are always friendly and always there to help and they are well educated and experienced

Admission: Usually they will check your 12 percentage and minimum percentage they ask is 65% in PCM

For admission you just have to go chandigarh University or any other office of the chandigarh university. You just have to pay 10k for the registration. As i was to student i was not asked about jee mains scores just my 12 marks was enough for admission.

Placement: Yes they provide intership in 2nd and 3rdyear for 2 months and 6 months they also gives opportunities in for an intership in abroad also. The university focuses on placement more so they try get more and more students placed.

The campus is huge, with the lush green environment surrounding the college campus. The campus is neat and well maintained. The canteen serves amazing food and the teachers of the college are fine as well. Very few events are organised in the college.

Placement: Placement cell of the college is well coordinated and various major companies like paytm , amazon ,flipkart visit the campus for campus placements and they offer a average package of about 5 lakh per annum to the students.

Faculty: The standard of teaching is not very very high but it is not very low also. There are interactive sessions held in the college. Interactive session helps students to grow more in their communication skills.

Faculty: Teachers of CU are very dedicated and helpful. Students are utmost priority of teachers.

Admission: There are some course for which you have to give entrance exam. I did MA psychology from CU - for admission in this course you don’t need to give exam but it is on merit basis. Psychology in bachelors is mandatory for pursuing masters of psychology.

Faculty: All my teachers were my favourite, they took extreme care in their teaching methodologies so that everyone was able to understand. they were well educated, doctorates and had substantial knowledge in not only their own subjects, but in the overall domain

Student can take admission on the basis of JEE mains, also university conducts a separate exam named CUSAT. On the basis of score obtained in CUSAT, the scholarship will be given to the students.

Placement: For the placement there are Microsoft, mahindra, wipro, TCs etc. For internship there is Microsoft lab, sap lab etc. So the internship provided by the university is inside the campus only.

Faculty: Faculty in chandigarh University is hired on the basis of qualifications and their previous experience. When HR department is hiring the faculty they take several round in which they have to take trial lectures.

Placement: Job placements are also very much good as our universitiy was having many tie ups with many of the companies and most of the eligibile students got placed during my batch.

Faculty: Dinesh sir he taught me in continuous 3 semester’s. Whenever i got any doubt i simply took my doubt to dinesh sir he not only cleared my doubt bt also explained me practically that what and how it happens.

For getting admission in cu jee mains score card and then a merit list is taken out in the college on the basis of that on the selection is done in the college. Its not compulsory to clear the jee mains to take admission in Cu but you need to score well.

Placement: Placement records are very good in this university. Branches like electrical, mechanical companies also visit and recruits in bulk students .
